Summary: All MentalDeload apps are designed to work without collecting any personal data. I do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
This policy applies to all MentalDeload apps:

2. Data I Collect
MentalDeload apps do not collect, store, or process any personal data myself.
- My apps do not require registration or an account
- I do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information
- I do not collect device identifiers or location data
- I do not use analytics or crash reporting services
- I do not display advertisements
3. Health and Fitness Data
MentalDeload apps do not access, collect, use, store, or share health or fitness data of any kind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Physical activity data (steps, distance, movement patterns)
- Biometric data (heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature)
- Body measurements (weight, height, BMI, body composition)
- Sleep data
- Nutrition data (calories, macronutrients, water intake)
- Medical information or health records
- Reproductive health data
- Mental health or wellness data
MentalDeload apps do not use Health Connect or any similar health data aggregation platforms.
MentalDeload apps do not request health-related Android permissions such as:
- ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION
- BODY_SENSORS
- BODY_SENSORS_BACKGROUND
- android.permission.health.* permissions
MentalDeload apps are calm, offline puzzle games that require no health or fitness tracking to function.
4. Local Data Storage
My apps store the following data locally on your device only:
- Game settings (theme, sound preferences, difficulty)
- High scores and game statistics
- Premium purchase status
- Current game state (for resume functionality)
This data is stored using Android SharedPreferences and never leaves your device or is transmitted to me.
5. Third-Party Services
Google Play Billing (Premium Purchases)
Premium features are available through Google Play Billing. All payment processing is handled entirely by Google. I do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Google's terms apply: Google Play Terms of Service
6. Website Hosting
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect technical information such as IP addresses in server logs. I do not have access to this data. See GitHub's privacy policy: GitHub Privacy Statement
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies.
7. Data Sharing
I do not share, sell, or rent any personal data to third parties because I do not collect any personal data.
8. Permissions
My apps request only the minimum permissions required for core functionality:
- INTERNET — Required for Google Play Billing (premium purchases only)
- BILLING — Required for in-app purchases through Google Play
- VIBRATE — Used for optional haptic feedback during gameplay
My apps do not request access to:
- Contacts, calendar, or messages
- Camera or microphone
- Location (GPS, network, or background location)
- Files or storage beyond app-specific data
- Phone state or call logs
- Body sensors or activity recognition
- Health or fitness data
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Local on-device data: All game data stored on your device (settings, scores, premium status, progress) remains on your device indefinitely until you manually delete it.
You can delete this data at any time by:
- Clearing app data: Go to Android Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage → Clear Data
- Uninstalling the app: All local data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app
Server-side data: I do not maintain any server-side database or store any user data on remote servers. There is nothing to delete on my end.
Purchase records: Premium purchase status is verified through Google Play Billing. Google maintains these records according to their own retention policies. I do not store purchase information independently.
10. Analytics and Tracking
MentalDeload apps do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising technologies.
- No Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics
- No advertising ID collection
- No crash reporting or error tracking services
- No user behavior tracking
- No third-party advertising networks
- No push notifications or messaging services
11. Internet Connection
My apps can be used completely offline. Internet connection is only required for:
- Premium purchases (one-time)
12. Children's Privacy
Since my apps do not collect personal data, they do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). My apps are suitable for all ages.
13. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: You can request information about data I hold (none)
- Right to rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: You can request deletion of your data
- Right to data portability: You can request a copy of your data
- Right to object: You can object to data processing
